Female Support Worker (K)

K is a 22-year old female who will be moving into a house in Wigston and requires a female staff team to support her with daily tasks and her mental health needs. K is looking for kind, caring, confident and down to earth female staff who will be able to listen and understand her mental health needs and ideally have previous experience working in mental health. She likes horses and would like to get back into horse riding. She hopes to have a pet friendly staff team to walk her family dog with as K thoroughly enjoys going for walks. K also enjoys the cinema, swimming, and an array of music, shopping, fashion, and beauty. She would prefer staff that are looking for long term work to provide stability to help her achieve her goals. A full induction and in-depth mental health training will be provided for successful candidates. K suggested drivers would be beneficial but this is not an essential requirement. K will require 24 hour support and a waking night which will be shared by the staff team. This is a lone working role so confident individuals are required but you will be part of an experienced and cohesive staff team.
