The Head of Property role will be built around the successful candidate and their experience. - Full responsibility for your own portfolio of properties - Effectively managing client relationships - Acquisitions, Disposals, L&T - Promote a culture of excellent customer service Experience with Retail or Commercial Surveying or Real Estate and Property Management preferred. APC level or Chartered MRICS surveyors both considered. The ability to be innovative and creative in your approach is a must due to the freedom of the role. Competitive Salary of GBP35k to GBP60k depending on experience.
