• Do you want to work in an office that is turning over circa. GBP1,350,000 and where your on target earnings moving forwards would be in excess of GBP50,000.
• 5% personal sales commission + 2.5% personal commission for booking the PMA (Property Market Appraisal) so if you book the PMA (so pick up the phone first) book the valuation and it comes on to the market you have already earnt 2.5% commission. You then sell it and take 5% commission so a combined 7.5%.

You will provide clients and customers with a professional Estate Agency service, maximising business from opportunities created.

Key Responsibilities:

- To interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities.
- To contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments.
- To negotiate with potential purchasers, ensuring that our clients' interests are your primary concern.
- To co-ordinate your transactions ensuring that you provide the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations.
- To integrate into a team environment and to provide support to your colleagues and Branch Manager.
- To introduce clients and applicants to your Mortgage Consultant.
- To ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
- To achieve sales targets as agreed with your Branch Manager.
- To be familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation.
- To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.

Experience / Qualification:

- 6 months plus experience in the Estate Agency industry

Remuneration:

Successful candidates will be offered a basic salary of GBP14,000 with on target earnings of GBP30,000 in year 1 plus 45p per mile petrol allowance for business miles. You will also receive an initial 4 month guarantee. Own car required.
