FINTEC recruit is seeking a Facilities Manager for our client in London.
This is a permanent role, salary is £43,000 to £48,000 plus expenses. Undertake facilities management for a number of multi-occupied properties, in central London and West End office buildings, high street retail, industrial and mixed use properties,
- Manage a large portfolio of buildings, both commercial and residential
- To manage on-site building managers and staff in the delivery of the facilities management service.
- To assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual maintenance expenditure.
Skills and experience required for the Facilities Manager role:
- Property/Facilities management experience
- Preferably IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate
- Experience in reading leases and legal documents and interpreting repairing and maintenance responsibilities and liabilities
- Hold a current driving licence
