SALARY: GBP17,000
HOURS OF WORK: Full time, permanent

They have a new opportunity due to growth for an experienced Sales Support Administrator. The client has a personable & lively sales team that are looking for a candidate to support the full sales function for the department.
What does the role entail?
?? Processing sales contracts
?? Processing sales orders on CRM
?? Ordering goods
?? Contact with customers to communicate delivery updates
?? Maintaining a high level of customer service
?? Providing sales support to Sales Manager
?? Customer invoicing
?? Stock allocation and regular stocktaking
?? Database updates & reporting
?? Handling all customer queries quickly and efficiently
?? General office support
What key skills will I possess?
?? Proven experience within a demanding sales administration role
?? Building & maintaining customer relationship
?? Positive & energetic outlook to work
?? Excellent database management skills
?? Ability to prioritise and multitask to the highest level
?? Be a hard worker, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
?? Effective problem solver
?? Be a strong team player
?? Confident communicator
?? Proficient understanding & use of IT including Excel
?? Experience using CRM and live stock systems
?? Ability to be proactive and forward plan
