About the role:
City of Bristol College is seeking to appoint a highly competent and proactive Executive PA to support the Principal. This position is full time, will require flexibility with working hours, and is based at the College Green centre in the city although there will be a requirement to regularly work from other college sites. The Executive PA will be responsible for: providing key support and diary management to the Principal; taking minutes at internal meetings and proactively following up actions; liaising with internal and external stakeholders; working closely with other PAs to senior staff and colleagues throughout the College, as required.
