The Client 

EastendHomes is a resident social landlord based in East London and provides services to residents and leaseholders through local housing offices. 

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and knowledgeable Building Property Surveyor to join a small centrally based technical team. 

The successful candidate will provide advice and guidance on a full range of building maintenance issues including aids and adaptions, landlord’s consent for alteration and legal proceedings and will be responsible for the supervision of the fire safety programme across EastendHomes stock (currently FRA’s are undertake by an external consultant).

A commitment to providing excellent customer services and the ability to provide advice and guidance to colleagues and tenants on a range of building matters is essential.

The post is based at EastendHomes’ head office, close to Aldgate East and Liverpool Street stations and will work across the three local offices, all based within East London.

Closing date for the receipt of completed application forms is Monday 15th October 2018 with interviews scheduled to take place on Thursday 25th October 2018.
