Juice Cheltenham are looking for a Property Assistant / Legal Secretary to provide support in our clients Commercial Property department in the Stroud office. This role involves assisting with client liaison, general correspondence and administrative support. The role would suit an individual who enjoys a busy, varied and challenging day.
The Role
You can expect to deal with clients, solicitors, Land Registry, estate agents, lenders, financial advisers and keeping relevant parties fully informed at all times. Client contact by telephone and correspondence on current matters also form a major part of your daily duties. You can also expect to be involved in setting up appointments, file opening and closing, and ensuring that all work is accurate and completed to specified deadlines. You will have responsibility for maintaining records and databases within the department and providing general support to fee earners within the department.
The Person:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and qualities:
* Good audio typing skills
* Ability to work in a small team
* Confident communication skills, polite and well spoken
* Well organised and methodical
* Being able to work under pressure
* Adaptability
* Initiative
* Flexibility
* Proactive
* Customer/client focused with a good understanding of the importance of client care and maintaining good working relationships with business contacts.
We are looking for someone who has legal secretarial experience, ideally within the property sector. In return my client offers a company pension scheme, 24 days a year holiday + Bank Holidays and a lovely working environment.
