Working closely with the Head of Business Development to discuss and agree on strategic and tactical business development initiatives to engage with nominating clients, while maintaining quality and diversity of programme participants. The role will not have any direct reports. The following outlines the main responsibilities for the role:
- Identify and develop new account relationships with corporate organisations, ensuring their leadership development requirements are met through our services.
- Network and develop potential relationships through third party events and forums (mostly in London) as well on our own events (in Windsor and London)
- Complete and submit tenders
- Maintain and develop existing relationships face to face and remotely. Grow existing clients, establishing string relationships that often last for years.
- Meet revenue targets
- Find new, and nurture existing key Corporate Sponsors
- Use consultative language to establish a client's needs and be able to identify the right development programme, delivered by Windsor Leadership, that will enable them to develop their leaders in the most effective way
- Adapt sales language to meet the need and language of all of our varied stakeholders, across all sectors. Be able to effectively converse with the most senior level of leaders within all of the sectors
- Work in conjunction with marketing, development of marketing campaigns, advertising, marketing collateral, website presence. Implement tactical sales and marketing initiatives, resulting in growth in revenues
