Brand new opportunity to join a growing organisation in Retford as Head of grounds maintenance. This is a purpose built location due to open December 2018.

-You will maintain the large beautiful landscaped grounds to a very high standard and provide assistance to other team members as required.
-You will need to be able to show sensitivity and empathy to members of the public whilst they visit the gardens and maintain a professional manor at all times.
-You will undertake horticultural duties, particularly rose bed pruning and dead heading.
-You will be responsible for site preparation and construction as necessary.
-General admin and assist with period sales budgets.
-Previous gardening experience is essential, either having worked on a large estate or have been self employed.
-Exceptional multitasker and customer focussed with ability to build quick rapport and be able to show sympathy.
-Have an adaptable approach to meet client needs,eg, sensitivity, patience, empathy and open minded.
-switched on individual with the attention to detail.
- previous experience from a police/military back ground is preferred but not essential.
-ability to work in all weather condition.
GBP20.000 plus bonus
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
