Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

As Head of FP&A you will provide a crucial link between the operating businesses and Group, taking a lead role in managing change through significant enhancements to the Group's reporting and analysis., CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role. If you haven't heard from us within 5 working days please assume that you have not been successful. *Upgrade the Group's financial reporting and forecasting processes; *Strengthen the relationship between Group and the divisional Managing Directors and Finance Directors; *Provide greater commercial insight and challenge to the Group resulting in higher quality, more accurate and insightful financial information; *Instil a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be a graduate fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with either a proven track record within FP&A, ideally in a multi-site environment OR a background working in Transaction Services/Corporate Finance within a Big 4 or Top 10 accountancy practice. Essential to making this position a success is the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and ability to influence key stakeholders across the organisation.
