An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to work in a fast-paced, growing international software company which, since 2001, has helped more than 250 of the world's best retailers improve store-level execution.

Reporting to the Global VP of HR, you will be supporting global initiatives and play a key part in building plans for growth. This is a pivotal role providing advice to all employees and encompassing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, culture development and other generalist HR duties. You will ideally be CIPD qualified to Level 7, although we will consider Level 5 qualification for candidates with the right experience.

Responsibilities include:

+ Drive recruitment processes from job posting to issuing new starter documentation and onboarding whilst representing the Company's philosophy and values
+ Prepare job descriptions and person specifications for recruitment, job evaluation and other purposes
+ Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations issues including management of sickness, conduct & conflict and disciplinary and grievances, escalating and seeking input from HR Consultants as required
+ HR Project Management
+ All HR administration ensuring the accurate recording and updating of manual and computerised confidential HR documents
+ HR reporting
+ Implement and monitor Right to Work processes
+ Provide advice to managers and drive the focus of performance management to continual feedback and coaching
+ Assist in the identification and resolution of skills gaps using a range of training methods
+ Monitor, create and launch internal and external communications through the company intranet and social media platforms
+ Support the payroll function ensuring payroll changes are approved and processed on time
+ Be an ambassador for the Company brand both internally and externally

About you:

+ Significant experience in a similar HR role
+ Degree or similar qualification
+ Up-to-date working employment law knowledge
+ Attention to detail
+ Excellent communication skills - written and oral
+ Organised with project management skills
+ Diplomacy, tact and influencing skills
+ Confidential and discreet
+ Good at relationship building
+ Ability to report and analyse data
+ Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
