This company designs, develops, manufactures and markets a range of temperature and process control instrumentation for industrial applications worldwide.
The Surface Mount Process Engineer will be primarily responsible for initiatives to constantly improve and maintain quality through the SM process.
You will also be responsible for;
- Programming and overall repair and maintenance of the Surface Mount equipment and area.
- Organizing feeder systems, improving workflow, changeover times, etc, to ensure that optimal uptime is achieved.
- Ensuring that procurement of SM equipment - including stencils, is done in a timely manner so that daily requirements and NPI (New Product Introduction) needs can be met.

- You will have a Surface Mount Technician / Engineer with Mydata (Mycronic) Advanced Operator certificate
- Have a high level of numeracy, be experienced with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Ability to interpret / analyse data in order to make effective decisions, challenges data, continuously asks 'why'
- You must have fantastic communication skills
- Have the ability to work independently, effective time management and personal organisation
- Have proven experience of driving continuous improvement
