Credit Controller - Immediate Start

Absolute Accountancy Recruitment are working with one of the UK's largest companies within the industry and who are growing at a significant rate who require an experienced credit controller for a minimum of 3 months. The role sits within a team of 5 in the Sales Ledger / Credit Control department. You will be liaising with both finance professionals and non-finance clients, therefore excellent communication skills are paramount for the role.

Key Focus;

• To be responsible for the debt collection of a cash ledger.
• To manage disputed accounts and negotiate payment back to agreed terms.
• Maintain precise records / actions of the overdue accounts for monthly meetings.
• Assess the credit worthiness of new and existing clients.
• Allocation of payments.
• Other additional Ad-hoc duties.

Essential Experience Required;

• Previous credit control experience
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player
