You will be based in their flagship Glasgow city centre based office, easily accessible by train, bus and underground.

What you'll need to succeed

You will require previous administration experience, ideally within a financial services / professional services environment. Desirably relevant experience in technical financial services product administration. Self-motivation and resilience is key for this fast paced environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is desirable along with excellent organisation and planning skills.

Your new role

Your new role will involve you in being responsible for supporting streamlining of processes, adhering to compliance and supporting audit requests. You will be working with tight deadlines and ensuring resolution of issue to minimise risk and impact. You will be responsible for allocating and processing client requests and queries.
