Due to continued success our client a leading asbestos consultancy who provide professional and practical services to clients nationwide is looking to recruit an experienced, competent Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work on a variety contracts in the South East region. Applications will be considered from Kent, Surrey, London, Berkshire and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
Ideally, the individual must possess the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Previous experience working as a surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry.
Must be well versed with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
Asbestos Management, Demolition/Refurbishment surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Carrying out background, leak, reassurance, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation, visual and personal air testing.
Collating and producing accurate reports.
Supervising asbestos contractors on site carrying out removal work ensuring they comply with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.
To ensure appropriate storage and retention of samples.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player with a positive work attitude.
