Senior Engineer

To assist in managing and co-ordinating the road maintenance works programme and routine maintenance statutory obligations of inspection and defect repair. Production of the annual works programme and management of professional and technical staff engaged in the assessment, design and supervision of planned and reactive road maintenance works.

Assist in managing staff administering claims and customer enquiries. Review existing policies and prepare committee reports as directed. Development of the Road Asset Management system and coordination of statutory reporting functions. Financial monitoring of budget spend and projection including raising and approving orders.

You will have good communication skills both written and oral and be computer literate. You will also have problem solving abilities.
