BS Social Care is currently looking to recruit a Senior Health Case Assistant within the Carterton, Oxfordshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a friendly and hard working team. The role is to work for a well known and large corporate organisation caring for the elderly.

About the role;
Daily duties include supporting the team and taking charge in the absence of senior management. To lead care staff in all aspects of their work within the home and to build up good working relationships with both the clients and the clients families to encourage and maintain excellent care packages throughout the home. You will attend staff meetings and attend and participate in regular formal supervision and appraisal meetings. You will assist residents with their personal care needs and help to provide health supervision, and attention through direct care when needed

You will work 38 hours per week on a two week rolling rota, shifts patterns consist of 8am - 8pm, 8pm - 8am including weekends

About the candidate;
You will need to have a NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and have at least 6 months experience. You will need to be passionate, team player, people person, think on the feet, empathy, and think on your feet.

A pay rate of £21,141 Per annum (£10 per hour) will be offered for a full time and permanent job.
