The Ely Diocesan Board of Finance is looking for an Admin Assistant to support the Mission and Ministry department.

This administrator will be based at our central location in Ely, Cambridge. In this role you will join a forward-thinking organisation, with the opportunity to make the role your own.

Your duties:

  • Admin support for colleagues and management in the department
  • Respond to and forward correspondence (emails and letters) as appropriate
  • Assist with the preparation of high-quality departmental documentation for publication
  • Help out with training seminars (this will involve some evenings and Saturdays)
  • Assist production of in-house and external events
  • Refresh content on departmental web pages
