The successful candidate will work with the Fraud & Risk Manager to assess and improve the quality of the sales service.
About the position:
The position will involve:
- Risk management administration and reporting
- Liaising with business personnel on matters of risk and control management
- Internal audit assessments
- Regulatory and Compliance control testing and reporting
- Training and development administration
Required Skills:
Essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Previous administration experience
- Competence with Word and Excel
Preferred
- Experience of quality control, risk management and/or internal audit
- Production and dissemination of results and reports at a business wide level.
- Knowledge of financial services

Working hours:
This is a full time position, 08:30 - 17:00 Monday-Friday (37 ½ hours per week).
