Lead QA - Test Engineer

Role

They are looking for an experienced, proactive software tester to build and lead a test team. Successful candidates will have previous experience in leading a test team in an IT environment. They will have proven experience in communicating effectively with other teams regarding quality issues, and confidence to make decisions as to whether products meet the company quality standard. They will have the drive to make the test team the best it can be. They will possess the skills and initiative to join in with the testing should the team and the timeline requires it.

- Build and lead a team of test engineers to test their bespoke solutions
- Develop technical test frameworks inside the company
- Champion best practices such as TDD/BDD
- Involved in shaping the entire Software Development Life Cycle
- Face the challenges of testing machine learned/mathematical solutions
- Manage and maintain JIRA bug database

Required

- At least 3 years of software testing experience in a senior or lead capacity
- Automated testing experience
- Experience using test management software (e. JIRA)
