As Sales executive, your purpose will be to develop profitable sales in line with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly personal targets
Work to, achieve and exceed daily sales calls target
Build a sustainable pipeline of employers and students
Effective management of your sales pipeline to plan daily, weekly and monthly sales activities
Working closely with your manager to set quarterly and annual personal objectives and plan activities to reach these.
Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of all related documentation
Engage with local clients to secure sustainable employment opportunities through telesales and face to face meetings
Following up, gaining and converting generated leads
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and future clients
Work towards achieving personal KPI targets set by the business
Communicating professionally with all levels of clients to ensure the recruitment process is a success to all parties
Experience & Skills Required:
A track record in exceeding sales targets and demonstrated success in being a top performer
Proven ability to execute business plans.
Experience selling IT Training is highly desirable but not essential
Can demonstrate high levels of drive for results
High level of written and verbal communication skill
