The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator / Order Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing orders and dealing with customer queries.
Specifically, you will:
- Input orders to the system
- Deal with 50-70 orders per day
- Respond to emails
- Assist with answering the phone when required
About You
To be considered as a Customer Service Administrator / Order Processor, you will need:
- Experience in a data input role
- Experience working with MS Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Brilliant communication skills
- Strong organisational
- Great time management skills
- To be self-motivated
