Paid role currently available: Sunday Supervisor.

This part time position is for 5-6 hours per week (plus holiday cover as required) with our vibrant and welcoming team.

About The Organisation

1. Mercy in Action is a charity working with children and communities in poverty and need in the Philippines and the UK.
2. Our retail network provides over 90% of the funding for our projects, giving our retail staff a direct impact on those in need.
3. Mercy in Action is an open and caring organisation, both in it's project work and the staff who help the charity to raise money and function.

Requirements of Role

1. People management / leadership skills – organise & supervise teams to achieve sales targets.
2. Experience of controlling pricing & stock management.

Responsibilities of Role

1. Ensure sales targets are achieved and costs are controlled
2. Help implement local and national sales promotions.
3. Ensure a high standard of customer service.
