Our successful, fast-paced Chelmsford branch is looking for a Fitter’s Mate to join their team.

The mate will be the main support to the lead engineer to install refrigeration and air conditioning equipment on sites in Essex, London and beyond. You will need to be flexible as there will be regular early starts along with occasional working away.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable and enthusiastic, with the motivation to deliver high quality work. A professional attitude with good communication skills and a focus on excellent customer service is essential.

Requirements:

  • A full valid driving licence is essential
  • Experience in refrigeration and air conditioning – desirable
