Caretaker - West London
Are you looking to further your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Caretaker within a Housing Association based in West London.
Post: Caretaker
Rate: Circa GBP20,000 - GBP20,500 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Caretaker to provide an effective, responsive, customer focused caretaking service for residents and other relevant stakeholders locally.
The main duties of the role are as followings;
* Act as the 'face and voice' of the Trust with residents, ensuring cleaning, grounds maintenance and minor repairs are carried out in accordance with standards, having regard for resident satisfaction at all times.
* Ensure own compliance in respect of governance and adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory provisions. Monitor estates with regards to compliance and report as necessary.
* Work collaboratively with others in the team and ensure own performance contributes towards team objectives and key performance indicators.
Requirements
* Experience within the Social Housing Sector.
* Experience of delivering high quality, efficient, resident focused caretaking services.
* Ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
* A full UK Driving License (you will be given a company van to drive between estates).
* DBS (valid and in-date) is preferred.
