SPORTS CENTRE DUTY MANAGER

For a November start, Cheltenham College is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to provide duty management within the College Sports Centre.  

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and previous experience in a busy wet and dry sports centre.  A First-Aid-at-Work certificate would be desirable and a National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) is essential, however, we are running a NPLQ course at the end of October and would be happy to put the appointed candidate through the course.

A focus on high-quality customer service is essential and excellent communication skills are expected.

The post holder will be expected to work a shift-rota system which is likely to include evening and weekend work.  Flexibility in working hours is an essential requirement for the position.

Salary based on £10.27 per hour

Hours: 18.5 per week.
