As a Pastry Chef, you will support our Head Pastry Chef to create masterpieces for mouthwatering afternoon teas, cafe staple cakes and event catering, where we cater for private dining dinners, meetings, conferences and weddings to name a few. You will also be involved in supporting the team with maintaining records, ordering and ensuring food safety standards are met.
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef who is trained and skilled in desserts,petit four and other baked goods.
We only use fresh, local, sustainable and seasonal produce in our kitchen. If you have a creative flair, and enjoy perfecting not only the prep, baking but also the decorative touches to your work; then we want to hear from you
