Salary- GBP24,971 per annum
Hours- 35 hours per week (+ 5 hours paid lunch)

Who we are looking for?
We are in search of an inspirational Resettlement Broker who supports young people who have offended to successfully resettle them into the community following release from the Secure Training Centre. To collaboratively work as part of a wider Inspiring Futures resettlement team, supporting young people to develop positive links in the areas they will resettle in post release.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
DBS & Secure Training Centre Vetting required including 5 years reference history.
Job type- Full time permanent

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Engage with actual and potential referral agencies including statutory and third sector agencies and where appropriate the community in order to generate referrals for programmes / activities / services as required.
- Help reduce the incidence of re-offending through the use of pathway interventions, an engaged, collaborative and motivational style and a focus on Community Re-integration and the principles of Desistance.
- Carry out initial assessment of the potential or actual service user, including any risks of their needs and requirements in respect of the service on offer.
- Maintain contact on a regular basis with service users in accordance with the requirements of the service. This includes maintaining a professional relationship and being a good role model to service users.
DBS & Secure Training Centre Vetting required including 5 years reference history.
