Loom and Harness Manufacturer
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier to the aerospace, automotive, and military sectors. They require 4 Harnessing Technicians (Sealed System Harnessing) to start work on permanent contracts.
The key skills required for this Loom and Harness Manufacturer position are as follows:
?? Able to read a Wiring schematic.
?? Soldering
?? Use of various crimp tools
?? Use of hand testing equipment (buzz box)
?? Measuring lengths accurately
?? Use of Heat Guns
?? General Product awareness e.g. Moulded parts, Connectors, back shells, solder sleeves.
?? IPC-620 Trained would be an advantage.
?? COP trained would be an advantage (Codes of Practice)
?? Use of various cutting and stripping tools.
?? Able to follow Production Process sheets (written work instructions)
The work itself is on a day shift working the following hours:
?? Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm
?? Friday 8.00am to 2.00pm
