The right candidate will be a conscientious graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree and previous experience working with children who have special educational needs. You will have the ability to show your desire to succeed and show an intense desire when supporting SEN pupils. You should be able to inspire and motivate and inspire pupils with your enthusiasm. You will provide strong interpersonal skills and an excitement for beginning a role in education.
