Part Time - Administrator
PART TIME ROLE
£10 and hour
Will be working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
3 x 7 hours a week.
From now until the 31st of March could be extended.
Working on the Hillsborogh team, providing full administration support during the investigation.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintain and action portal
Raising purchase orders and liaising with finance department.
Arrangement of meetings
Import/ export data
All other administration duties such as scanning, faxing and photocopying.
Must have previous experience working in an administration or office support role.
Good level of education ideally degree educated
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Typing speak 40/50 WPM.
