Contracts Manager

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager that has experience of ground works in a sub contractor and site supervisor capacity? Are you fully component and experienced in the construction industry?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working with a family owned construction company that have been established for over 40 years, you will be based at their head office on the Wirral alongside travel to on sites throughout the North West of England North Wales which would require a full clean driving license.

A very competitive salary of £40,000-£50000 (depending on experience and the right candidate)

A range of company cars or vans to use as transportation to and from sites.

20 days holidays that include an additional one week over the Christmas period (Please note the company has two shut down periods, the first being for 2 weeks in Easter that requires 4 days annual leave to be taken and Christmas that requires 5 days annual leave with the rest covered by full pay courtesy of the company)

Your day to day duties will include:

Managing over several sites to ensure progress is always maintained, Health & Safety on site is never comprised or taken lightly alongside all expenditure is kept within budget and reason.

Attending all site and progress meetings as and when required.

Working with the company's existing site managers and supervisors to liaise with project managers on a weekly and monthly basis, ensure all works that comply with agreed programmes alongside any additional works that are required to be set up and put in place.

Reporting directly to site directors and company directors on a weekly basis.

To successfully apply for this role, you MUST have the following licenses or qualities:

CSCS Card or CPCS Card
SMSTS/SSSTS Card
Confined Spaced Certificate
Road and Street Works Certificate
First Aid Certification

A full, clean driving license is essential.
