Family Solicitor or Legal Executive
Family Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to work at one of Staffordshire's most reputable firms? Boasting a high staff retention rate, an excellent working environment and the ability to offer flexible working this firm is seeking to appoint a family solicitor or legal executive to work alongside a senior family solicitor.
Due to the increase in work an opportunity has arisen for a family solicitor or legal executive around 1-3 years PQE. You will work in one of the firm's branch offices in Leek dealing with a varied caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce and financial proceedings, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and Children Act disputes.
This position will consider full or part-time applicants and even those in a paralegal capacity who have three or more years' experience in family law matters.
To be considered for this family solicitor or legal executive position you must be used to being in a client facing role, with excellent communication skills and a real passion for this area of law along with the ability to undertake your own advocacy.
