We have a strong Brand image for good quality product, excellent customer service and for supplying a vital demand. The Brand is well known & respected in the disability market and the health sector.

We pride ourselves on being a vibrant, relaxed & fun place to work based in the heart of Somerset. We are very self-contained handling most business functions internally, from product design & marketing through to customer handling & distribution.

Position Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen working with our Wholesale business. The primary responsibility of this role is account management, managing & developing our wholesale trade with independent stockists. In addition this role is tasked to maintain & strengthen the standing & awareness of the Cosyfeet Brand with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) who, as recommenders, are a key source for recruiting new customers.

You will need to be an excellent Brand Ambassador. We are looking for somebody with good people skills who is positive, energetic, customer focused & full of personality. A significant requirement of this role is to be out of the office & on the road at events, trade shows or visiting stockists for at least half of your working week. You should be skilful at managing business relationships and have good account management skills. You should have a keen eye for good presentation of product and Brand message, have proven organizational & planning ability and be good at getting things done.

The candidate should be numerate, confident at writing brief reports & letters, have good communication skills & be Word, Excel and PowerPoint literate. They should also be confident to speak publicly at events.

You should have at least 3 years’ experience of sales, retail or account management. It would be advantageous if the candidate would have either experience in the shoe industry, or have a good familiarity & knowledge of the HCP profession, but this is not essential.

A valid driving license is required as frequent travel in the UK is an important part of this role.
