Acrylic Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor within the Acrylic Department

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to support our Production Manager in a busy, fast-paced Acrylic Department.

The Supervisor must be competent and comprehend detailed briefs.

Our goal is to deliver products of maximum quality, always on time.

  Responsibilities and Duties

• Setting up production runs on heat-benders, gluing, and making jigs.
• Supervising a team of people – monitoring output and quality
• Identifying issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements
• Ensuring that deadlines are met.  

Requirements

• Experience of acrylic fabrication
• Proficient at gluing acrylics with solvents, UV-gluing, line-bending.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor
• Organisational and communication skills are essential
