The company is well established and award-winning IT Solutions company focused on providing class leading support services to SMEs in the West of England.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual. Full training will be provided and you will be rewarded with a commission scheme where the more you and the team achieve, the more you earn.
The office is based in Chippenham, however, they will consider home and part time working.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who has a keen interest in hunting new sales opportunities. and making a difference to the business.
You will be tasked with sourcing new business leads working alongside marketing, but will not be responsible for closing new business or pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities and build relationships through outbound calls.
- Ongoing cleansing activity to build and maintain our "house list" of prospects.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and build relationships with prospects moving cold prospects to hot ones.
- Route qualified opportunities to MD for further development and closure
- Research prospects, identify key decision makers and generate interest
- Working to KPI's as agreed
- Assist in marketing campaigns and event planning as necessary
- Log all activities on their CRM database and update and maintain their CRM as required.
- Execute other administration tasks as may reasonably be expected.
- Contribute to an environment that fosters open communication and trust with all team members, clients, prospects and other stakeholders.
Requirements
The following list is an attempt to define the key attributes they require in successful candidate.
- 12 mths minimum experience of telemarketing to B2B prospects including cold prospects.
- Experience of working with a service company marketing to SMEs is advantages
- Must have excellent telephone manner and able to engage with suspects, prospects and leads.
- Track record of over-achieving quotas and target driven
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be resilient, focused on results, able to follow process and detail orientated.
- IT literate and able to swiftly and accurately enter details on a CRM database.
In addition, they are looking for the following personal characteristics:
- Ambitious, driven and self-motivated
- Able to work to achieve agreed targets
- Have a "can do" and contribute to a "winning" culture in the team.
- Tenacious when dealing with challenges and natural disappointments
The Package
- Generous salary in the range £20,000 to £30,000 (pro rata for part-time) - dependent on skills, experience and track record.
- Generous commission opportunity on top of salary
- Holiday initially twenty days pro rata plus statutory bank holidays.
- Three month probationary period.
- Car parking
