Our client a superb fast paced growing organisation are looking to recruit a Marketing Superstar to their team.

The Marketing Manager role forms part of the Senior Management team and is primarily responsible for the marketing activities of the whole business. Providing expert knowledge and advice on suitable marketing options for the business. Taking the required action in order to promote the activities of the business, maintain the brand and create awareness.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
·Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
·Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
·Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
·Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
·Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
·Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
·Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
·Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
·Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
·Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
·Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
·Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
·Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
·Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
·Achievement of specific targets, including those related to delivery of the respective marketing initiatives and campaigns on time and on budget.
·Maintain and own specific procedures relating to the Marketing department, ensuring that all information relating to the service delivery of the Marketing plan is documented in the relevant system and is available for the use of all internal stakeholders
·Pro-actively identify process improvements and liaise with internal and external third parties as required to deliver innovative marketing solutions, whilst considering the cost, impact and controls and implementing these solutions
·Maximise marketing/sales potential and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of the marketing plan.
·Ensure all the standards for Marketing are adhered to and if changes are requested these are done so via the approved change control process
·Attend regular marketing meeting with Directors
·Work closely with the Sales Manager along with the Business Development Managers to ensure a consistent strategy and approach are being followed
·Ensure good knowledge of organisations existing, and new, products and services

Education/Qualifications and Training
·A Marketing Qualification

Relevant Experience / Skills
·Marketing experience within a SME & B2C and B2B environment
·Confident and dynamic personality.
·Strong creative outlook
·Proven strong communication, influencing, negotiation skills.
·Strong analytical and project management skills.
·A win win attitude and philosophy
·Ability to understand value creation
·Experience in price negation discussions with new suppliers & business partners
·Sound financial and commercial understanding.
·Excellent telephone manner and written correspondence and communication skills.
