Salary: £24,689 - £33,113

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are currently recruiting for a Lecturer in Marine to join our South Devon Marine Academy, undertaking teaching, tutorials and student assessment for learners on a range of Marine programmes.

A Degree in a relevant subject, RYA Sailing and Powerboat qualifications with commercial endorsement and RYA Cruising Instructor qualification are all essential and, if not already held, the successful candidate will need to attain a teaching qualification within the College’ specified timescale.  You should hold a range of National Governing Body sports coaching qualifications and be able to demonstrate evidence of continued professional and personal development.  We are looking for someone who has vocational and industry experience related to the maritime sector, with experience of teaching or training within a further or higher education environment.
