Resin & Chemical Operator
The successful candidate will be technical, hardworking, skilled, dedicated and have the ability to work to an extremely high quality standard.
Type of role: Permanent - Full time
Prior Education: GCSE A-C grade English and Maths
Ideal software skills: Microsoft Office (advantageous but not a requirement)
Previous Experience: Working with polyurethane/epoxy/adhesives/resins (advantageous but not a requirement)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Description:
Production
* Precision weighing/mixing of polyurethane and epoxy based materials
* Accurate application of glue & resin to protect products from dust/water ingress
* Daily use of automated robot dispensers, industrial ovens, vacuums and compressed air chambers
* Testing all relevant products prior to dispatch
* If required, quarantine substandard products. If appropriate repair products that have not met the companies high quality standards
* Applicants should have the ability and initiative to work without direct supervision
* Applicant must be confident working with manual or automatic tools / machinery
* Attention to detail is an essential
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Not compulsory but advantageous for applicants interested in progression)
* Confident use of Word / Excel / OutlookHealth & Safety
Responsibilities
* Adhering to strict health and safety processes is essential
* Involvement with COSHH risk assessments for chemical usage (Not compulsory but advantageous for applicants interested in progression)
