The vacancy is for a Property Owners Account/Claims Handler

Although not a direct client facing role, you will have enthusiasm about working with clients and delivering a great client experience.

The successful candidate will have
A Minimum of two years' comprehensive understanding of property insurance within a broking environment.
Assistance with property owner's buildings claims.
Preparation and delivery of insurer risk presentations and negotiations with providers, to secure the most appropriate cover for our clients
Ability to read and digest technical information and explain clearly to a client in a way which is pragmatic, appropriate and effective.
Competent technical ability in all aspects of property insurance business.
Good technical and administrative knowledge of dealing with claims.
Good Microsoft Office systems knowledge, including excel.
Experience of Acturis system desired but not essential
Experience in a compliance environment within insurance desired but not essential
Ideally Cert CII or working towards - Assistance and exams funded.
