Do you have experience working in an Accounts / Finance based role and are looking for an exciting new challenge? Then this is the role for you! Working witin the Operational Supply Chain Management team you will have numerous repsonsibilities including:
* Processing high volumes of 3rd party Invoices
* Reviewing & validation of 3rd party billing data
* Managing approvals of invoices/purchase orders with respective business owners
* Analysing timesheet data
* Managing and updating multiple spreadssheets
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following skills and capabilities
* Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour are essential as you will be dealing with 3rd party suppliers and Stakeholders
* Good telephony skills
* Must have strong numeracy skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are a must
* Attention to detail
* Works well under pressure and working to deadlines
This role is based at Nationwide's Headquarters in Pipers Way, Old Town
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am till 5:00pm
* Free parking
* Onsite facilities including; canteen, shop, gym and hairdressers
