Our client, a highly respected social housing provider in Devon has approached Karter Thomas to assist them in recruiting for a Repairs Planner on a 6 month temporary basis.
The main focus of the role is to manage the diaries of Maintenance Engineers within the responsive repairs team.
Please see below a brief outline of the duties below:
* Liaise with tenants in regard to repairs
* Schedule operatives for repairs
* Chasing up any outstanding repairs
* Logging repairs/calls onto the in-house system
