We are currently seeking a Graduate Land Buyer to join a National Housebuilder in their offices located in Bradford. This is an outstanding opportunity for you to join an expanding organisation who across multiple locations.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Educated to degree level in Town Planning or associated subject
- Strong understanding of Land Acquisition
- Hold an understanding of Planning process
- Have excellent negotiation skills
- Previous experience in liaising with land owners / agents to purchase land would be beneficial
- Negotiate the purchase of development opportunities
- Work in conjunction with with planning team
