GBP13.72 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Officer Projects.

Your role will be an integral part of the HR transition team that has been established to support the HR Strategic Lead to undertake a whole scale review of ways of working, policies and procedures, workforce planning and development.
You will assist with research, analyse and interpret employment data, engage and consult with stakeholders to be able to formulate recommendations for the HR Strategic Lead.
As required, you will support the team with employee relations casework, providing expert and professional advice to managers on people manager issues to include attendance, performance, conduct and grievance. You will risk assess cases and provide managers with options on how cases can be managed while maintaining positive working relationships.

Working in a fast paced environment, you will need to be able to analyse and interpret complex data to develop recommendations and support the HR transformation programme.
You will have the ability to facilitate focus groups and engage with managers across the organisation through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will have experience of continuous improvement and change programmes, and project management skills.
You will need to be able to make informed decisions based on factual information and have the confidence to handle difficult or emotional conversations and situations.
You will be a team player who can work on their own initiative and prioritise a varied workload to ensure delivery of the project on time.
