Pig Stockperson (Junior and Senior)
We are currently recruiting for multiple pig Stockpersons to join a prestigious and growing client of ours on their sites in and around the Swaffham area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that can offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career within the farming industry.
Duties of the Pig Stockperson:
• You will work in a team of pig farmers ensuring the wellbeing of the pigs
• You will be responsible for mucking out and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• You will be responsible for bedding up the pigs
• You will be responsible for following and carrying out specialized feeding regimes
Experience required for the Pig Stockperson:
• Previous experience working with pigs or livestock
- You will be flexible and have your own transport due to the remote sites
Hours/Salary of the Pig Stockperson:
• This role pays a competitive salary of up to GBP21k depending on experience
• The hours will be 45 hours a week, spread across Monday to Friday, with some shared weekends (no more than 1-2 a month)
• This is a permanent position but ideally and we are looking for someone to start immediately.
