Wild is proud to be working with a leading financial services business based in Petersfield. Our client is looking for candidates to join their expanding inbound sales team, the role will suit candidates who enjoy customer interaction and sales without the cold calling. You will have proven experience of working to targets and have excellent customer communication skills. Telephone sales and retail backgrounds are welcome.

This is an exciting role for ambitious candidates who are looking to start their sales career as this company offers excellent progression opportunities. You must have worked to targets and have the ability to multitask.

The role will include some of the following responsibilities :-

- Maximising and increasing the customer database by inbound and outbound calls
- Processing applications and communicating with customers via telephone and email
- Working towards targets and KPIs
- Assisting with customer application and website queries
- Managing customer expectations and ensuring a smooth process throughout
- Liaising with 3rd parties and ensuring policy guidelines are met

Shifts will be between 8am and 8pm with 1/4 Saturdays required. The role comes with generous benefits and free parking on site.
