Spire Hospital Manchester has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Executive to join our Business Development team.
Spire Manchester Hospital is a brand new, GBP65m state-of-the-art healthcare facility offering patients a wide range of integrated surgical, medical and diagnostic services. Duties and responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to communicate effectively, positively and professionally with Patients, in order to facilitate their conversion from a general enquiry to a clinical consultation, test or procedure with Spire Healthcare.
You will support the Business Development Manager (BDM) and business development team to deliver Spire Healthcare's business development objectives, whilst ensuring we are giving the best possible service to our Patients.
Who we're looking for
You will be responsible for promoting and booking patients and service users into mini consultation events organised by the Business Development Team, you will be expected to attend events and liaise with patients and book patients into consultations or procedures.
You will be instrumental in the handling of self-pay enquiries - capturing enquirer's details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information on procedures, providing advice and practical help from phone calls, emails and face to face meetings with prospective self-pay patients.
You will be responsible for self-pay enquiries to out-patient appointments or procedures, tests or therapies, in order to meet monthly conversion rate targets and self-pay revenue and admissions targets.
