Empowering Learning are looking for a highly driven individual with experience of working with vulnerable students and is keen to make a difference with challenging pupils. You will actively take on a support role to enable pupils to develop holistically. You will facilitate their personal, social and educational development to enable them to reach their full potential in society.
This role would be perfect for a Youth Worker or someone with similar experience wanting to make a difference to the lives of young people. Someone who has a real passion for working with challenging students.

Key Job Requirements
- Experience working with vulnerable young adults.
- A genuine passion for working with pupils with additional learning needs.
- Highly driven.
- Attentive and Empathic Listener.
- Strong behaviour management. (Team teach qualification would be advantageous.)
- Available 5 days per week between the hours of 8am - 4pm.
- Full driving licence with access to car.
- Holds a DBS on the update service. (We can support you with a new DBS application if needed.)
- A dedicated consultant specialising in the SEND sector who has a wealth of experience working closely with various special schools across Wales. We are committed to finding you the right role and setting and will continue to support you during your assignment.
