Recruitment Consultant - permanent hires

We are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to run a new desk based at our bustling flagship branch in Covent Garden. Based in the heart of the West End, we have a bright and beautiful open plan modern office and are looking for a final member of staff to complete our team of nine.
Your job as a Recruitment Consultant is to assist new and existing clients with their outstanding vacancies by placing suitably matched candidates into these roles, on a permanent and contract basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting agency users to better understand their needs for permanent staff
- Advertising on job boards and social media
- Contacting suitable applicants and matching to client`s requirements
- Attending client meetings to build relationships
